Hey, I'm Shaurya — a software engineer passionate about building and scaling impactful products. I started my journey by co-founding a development company, then joined early-stage teams at companies which later became unicorn startups like Amagi and Apna, where I scaled systems to serve millions of daily users.

Currently, I'm a Principal Engineer at Palo Alto Networks, working on Prisma AIRS. My focus is on backend engineering with full-stack experience, and I'm passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and leading teams that build great products.

Beyond engineering, I'm a traveller and an active advisor to early-stage startups, always looking for opportunities to help founders build successful companies.

Worked as a senior software engineer at Protect AI, a startup that was acquired by Palo Alto Networks. Built a SaaS and on-premise solution for Red Teaming and Cybersecurity for AI products.

2023 - 2024

Worked as a remote contractor for Privyr. Built a Django app for a sales enablement platform, worked with React.js and built frontend systems too, helped in integration of multiple third party software for automation.

2019 - 2023

Built the MVP and scaled it to serve over 1M daily active users. Led the critical transition from monolith to microservices as we grew from a small team to a unicorn startup. Mentored junior developers and established engineering best practices.
